Things were going pretty well for our client just before the pandemic began. He was running his firm very efficiently and thanks to his community involvement, connections, and referrals from current clients, he was successfully generating new business consistently.

But then, the lockdowns and social restrictions began. With almost every business hurt so severely by the lockdowns, many of his clients had to discontinue their retainers with the firm. And, as everyone was working from home, the positive word-of-mouth that his firm was generating just stopped spreading. In short, his firm lost clients and wasn’t attracting any new ones to replace those lost.

Soon enough, the firm started losing money, and to turn things around, the client hastily contacted an online marketing firm that he had heard of and decided to engage their services. This firm charged him a hefty sum for their services and even after 2 months of waiting, the results were pretty underwhelming.

By September 2020, our client was now desperately trying to reach out to his old friends and acquaintances in the hope of drumming up some new business. During one of these phone calls to an old friend, he shared his firm’s current situation, after which his friend told him about our services at Geek Haus.

The client was wary at first and decided to do some research about us. But, soon enough, after reading through a few of our client reviews he decided to reach out. Our marketing team had multiple meetings with him and presented a tailor-made custom-crafted roadmap for his firm’s online growth.
